• FGIP fully subscribes to the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Bill (FAIS). Independent compliance officers, Moonstone Compliance, perform monthly inspections at all offices and report back to the FSCA in accordance with the Act.
• All member firms are audited by professional external auditors who are also required to submit prescribed annual reports to the FSCA.
